What should businesses consider for vehicle graphics?
#1
I’m researching vehicle graphics for a small business and am trying to decide how much information should actually be included in the design. It seems tempting to put the logo, phone number, website, services and everything else on the vehicle, but I’m not sure how readable that would be while driving. For those who have looked into business vehicle graphics, I’d be interested in knowing what information is worth prioritizing and what can probably be left out. How would you approach the design?

I’d probably keep the main message fairly simple. The company name or logo, a short description of the service and one easy-to-read contact method may be enough for someone viewing the vehicle briefly. It’s also important to consider how the design will look on doors, curved panels and other parts of the vehicle. If you want another source for general vehicle graphic information, you can look at https://artprintingshop.com/. Before production, I’d ask for a digital mock-up so you can check the approximate placement and readability.

Thanks, keeping the amount of information limited should make the design easier to read.

I agree with keeping the design simple. From what I've seen, vehicle graphics work best when the main information is visible at a glance. Too much text, multiple fonts, or unnecessary design elements can make the vehicle look cluttered, especially when it's moving.
